We’re a small, local shop We don’t accept returns or exchanges.

About new bikes: Bikes come straight from the factory, and some may have small paint or finish imperfections. That’s normal for new bikes and doesn’t affect how they ride, so we can’t accept returns for scratches or cosmetic marks on new inventory.

In-store, custom, and pre-owned: Products bought in the shop, custom builds, and pre-owned parts are sold as-is.

Before you buy: Not sure about a size, color, or model? Call or text us at (832) 687-7498, or stop by the shop in Kingwood. We’ll help you pick the right bike so you get it right the first time.

Warranty: New bikes and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If something’s wrong because of a defect, we’ll help you file the claim with the brand.
